Property:
Straw yellow transparent liquid under normal temperature, specific gravity (20℃)0.811, refractive index (20℃) 1.449, boiling point 365 to 367℃, ammoniacal odor and in alkalescence. Generate salt reacting with acid, Q-PECK reacting with alkylogen.
Purpose:
(1) Extraction for rare precious metal
Tertiary amine as amine icon for complexometric extraction: TOA separates cobalt, nickel and extract uranium in hydrochloric acid solutions; Trialkyl tertiary amine (N-235, 7301) separates cobalt, nickel in hydrochloric acid solutions. As price of extracting agent lowers, it is gradually used for extraction technique of gold, copper and other metals in large scale with wider applicable range.
(2) Extracting agent for disposal of industrial effluents with complexometric extraction method:
Phenols industrial effluents mainly come from pesticide, oil paint, pharmacy, sensitive material and organic synthesis, phenols in waste water are usually extracted by making use of complexometric extraction method. In recent years, tertiary amine extracting agent is used to deal with industrial effluents containing organic acid, ester, etc. it can be widely expanded and applied.
